Inspection & Testing

A thorough inspection and testing is the only way to determine if your property has active or dormant microbial growth present. We will conduct a visual inspection of the property, use moisture meters to determine if any building materials have elevated moisture levels and sampling equipment to take surface and air tests to see if there are elevated levels of mold on surfaces or in the air.

All samples are sent to an independent laboratory certified by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for analysis.

Upon receipt of the lab findings, we will provide a written report including a copy of the results from the lab along with a remediation protocol if necessary.
